transcribe your calls and see the sentiment rating
The Call Recording AI product allows for your call recordings to be converted from speech-to-text using artificial intelligence (AI). Once the call recording is converted, AI is then used to generate a sentiment rating for the call. The sentiment rating ranges on the following scale:
- Very Positive
- Slightly Positive
- Neutral
- Slightly Negative
- Very Negative
The Analytics product is then used to allow for filtering of calls based on their sentiment rating and also to run text searches for content in the call transcription along with viewing the entire transcription. If the Call Recording Archive product is included, you also then have the option to listen, download or email the call recording. Call transcripts and sentiment ratings are batch processed overnight to ensure the phone system is not affected during the day.
