The Call Recording Archive product takes call recordings from the telephone system and archives them into cloud storage freeing up limited storage resources on the telephone system. The Analytics products is also included with the Call Recording Archive allowing for management reports to be generated and options to listen and/or download the call recording from the itemised call list. GDPR-compliant deleting of call recordings.

Deletion Policies
